At Just., we have a very clear division of labour designed to maximise your earning potential. Put simply: You are the salespeople. Your primary role is to be the face of the brand in your territory, leveraging our 20-year heritage and your local hustle to open doors. You find the lead, you walk the site, you snap the photos, and you build the relationship.
We do not want you sat behind a desk fiddling with design software or getting bogged down in administrative “thick soup.” The moment you upload your job lead to us, the Just. HQ engine takes over. We handle the professional design, the technical proofing, the deposit collection, and the final invoicing. This separation of duties is intentional; it frees you from the back-office headaches that kill momentum. By leaving the technical ‘heavy lifting’ to us, you can stay focused on the only activity that puts money in your pocket: being out in the field, shaking hands, and closing the next deal.

70/30 Collaboration: Remember, if you land a job that requires a professional local Just. fitter, you keep 70% of the commission for finding the deal. If you are a Just. qualified fitter and do the job yourself, you keep 100% of the commission + fitting fees.
